{"id":8286,"date":"2020-10-08T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-10-07T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogmanutan.com\/general\/gestion-stock-methode-kanban\/"},"modified":"2020-11-04T16:57:06","modified_gmt":"2020-11-04T15:57:06","slug":"gestion-stock-methode-kanban","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogmanutan.com\/fr-fr\/methode-travail\/gestion-stock-methode-kanban\/","title":{"rendered":"Une gestion de stock efficace selon la m\u00e9thode Kanban"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La m\u00e9thode japonaise Kanban, tr\u00e8s souvent utilis\u00e9e dans un environnement Lean, s\u2019av\u00e8re \u00eatre une m\u00e9thode efficace de gestion de stock.\u00a0Avec elle, vous ne compl\u00e9tez votre stock et vous r\u00e9approvisionnez\u00a0que lorsque c&rsquo;est n\u00e9cessaire, en l\u2019occurrence\u00a0au moment o\u00f9 appara\u00eet un indicateur\u00a0visuel appel\u00e9 Kanban (une fiche cartonn\u00e9e que l&rsquo;on fixe sur les bacs ou les conteneurs de pi\u00e8ces). Un peu comme quand le voyant lumineux du tableau de bord de votre voiture vous indique qu&rsquo;il vous faut\u00a0faire le plein. Pas trop t\u00f4t, pour \u00e9viter tout stock \u00ab\u00a0inutile\u00a0\u00bb ainsi que les gaspillages d\u2019argent et d\u2019espace, mais pas trop tard non plus, pour \u00e9viter tout arr\u00eat de la production. Un syst\u00e8me Kanban bien r\u00e9gl\u00e9 assure un flux de r\u00e9approvisionnement <em>just-in-time<\/em> de votre stock. Mais comment l\u2019appliquer \u00e0 bon escient dans votre entreprise\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.manutan.fr\/fr\/maf\/rayonnage-dynamique?utm_source=connect&amp;utm_medium=blog&amp;utm_campaign=BienTravailler2020&amp;utm_content=kanban\">Voir notre s\u00e9lection pour un Rayonnage Dynamique &gt;&gt; <\/a><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Commencez par faire place nette<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Commencez par tout retirer de votre entrep\u00f4t ou de vos armoires de stockage. Examinez ce qui peut \u00eatre supprim\u00e9, ce qui n\u2019est plus utilis\u00e9, ce qui est obsol\u00e8te ou p\u00e9rim\u00e9. Pour la nouvelle organisation, d\u00e9terminez la r\u00e9partition sur la base de la fr\u00e9quence d\u2019utilisation des produits. Placez les articles les moins utilis\u00e9s tout en haut, et les plus utilis\u00e9s \u00e0 hauteur des yeux. Rangez tout \u00e0 un endroit fixe.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00e9thode \u00ab\u00a0Two Bin\u00a0\u00bb de Kanban<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La m\u00e9thode Kanban la plus appliqu\u00e9e pour une gestion de stock efficace est le syst\u00e8me des deux bacs, \u00e9galement appel\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Two-Bin\u00a0\u00bb. Avec lui, vous avez au minimum deux bacs par produit. Le premier bac, plac\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019avant, est constitu\u00e9 du stock op\u00e9rationnel pour une utilisation quotidienne. Dans le second bac, plac\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019arri\u00e8re, est entrepos\u00e9 le stock de r\u00e9serve. Sous le premier bac est plac\u00e9e une fiche, le \u00ab\u00a0Kanban\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0Bin\u00a0\u00bb, mentionnant le produit avec une photo destin\u00e9e \u00e0 sa reconnaissance visuelle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u00e8s que le premier bac est vide, vous sortez la carte pour vous rappeler que le stock doit \u00eatre r\u00e9approvisionn\u00e9. Le second bac glisse alors vers l\u2019avant. D\u00e8s que le stock a \u00e9t\u00e9 reconstitu\u00e9, vous remettez le Kanban dans le bac avant. Votre stock est ainsi r\u00e9parti de mani\u00e8re claire et logique, et vous n\u2019oubliez jamais de le r\u00e9approvisionner.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les produits pour lesquels vous n\u2019avez besoin que d\u2019un seul exemplaire, peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9galement mentionn\u00e9s sur la fiche Kanban. Si l\u2019un de ces produits vient \u00e0 manquer, vous prenez la fiche Kanban pour vous rappeler de le compl\u00e9ter. Sous la fiche, vous pouvez \u00e9ventuellement coller une \u00e9tiquette indiquant o\u00f9 en est le r\u00e9approvisionnement (\u00ab\u00a0\u2026 est command\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb).<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Utilisation d\u2019un code couleur<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le code couleur est une autre m\u00e9thode de gestion du stock. Avec du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.manutan.fr\/fr\/maf\/ruban-adhesif-de-marquage#facet:2981878111105114&amp;productBeginIndex:0&amp;orderBy:7&amp;?utm_source=connect&amp;utm_medium=blog&amp;utm_campaign=BienTravailler2020&amp;utm_content=kanban\">ruban adh\u00e9sif noir<\/a>, vous balisez les emplacements o\u00f9 se trouve le produit. Au milieu de l\u2019emplacement, vous marquez une ligne \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un adh\u00e9sif d\u2019une autre couleur (comme le rouge). D\u00e8s que la ligne rouge est visible, c\u2019est le signal Kanban que le stock doit \u00eatre reconstitu\u00e9. Les articles dans le bac avant sont \u00e9puis\u00e9s mais vous disposez encore d\u2019un stock suffisant pour travailler jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le r\u00e9approvisionnement arrive. \u00c0 chaque emplacement, vous accrochez une fiche Kanban indiquant le nombre d\u2019articles minimum et maximum qu\u2019il doit contenir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le syst\u00e8me Kanban fonctionne bien lorsque le nombre de versions de produit est limit\u00e9. Sinon, le nombre de fiches Kanban en circulation devient excessif, ce qui nuit \u00e0 la clart\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me. Si tel est le cas, vous pouvez recourir \u00e0 un panneau mural dans lequel vous ins\u00e9rerez les fiches, avec d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 les fiches des produits \u00e0 commander et de l\u2019autre les fiches des produits command\u00e9s.
