C\u2019est en effet un pr\u00e9fet de la Seine, du nom d&rsquo;Eug\u00e8ne Poubelle qui imposa cet objet dans les foyers parisiens, en 1884, pour instaurer l&rsquo;enl\u00e8vement des ordures m\u00e9nag\u00e8res dans la capitale. Par arr\u00eat\u00e9, il imposa \u00e0 tous les propri\u00e9taires d&rsquo;immeubles de mettre \u00e0 la disposition de leurs locataires des r\u00e9cipients communs pour contenir les d\u00e9chets m\u00e9nagers. Ces premi\u00e8res \u00ab\u00a0poubelles\u00a0\u00bb devait \u00eatre en bois, garnies de fer blanc \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur pour des raisons d&rsquo;hygi\u00e8ne, \u00eatre muni d\u2019un couvercle et avoir une capacit\u00e9 maximale de 120 litres.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-671\" src=\"https:\/\/blogmanutan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2014\/05\/eugene_poubelle_connect2.gif\" alt=\"eugene_poubelle_connect2\" width=\"720\" height=\"366\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Des d\u00e9buts difficiles<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ecologiste avant l&rsquo;heure le Pr\u00e9fet Poubelle, pr\u00e9curseur du tri s\u00e9lectif, avait d\u00e8s l&rsquo;origine impos\u00e9 trois r\u00e9cipients diff\u00e9rents aux parisiens. Un destin\u00e9 aux d\u00e9tritus m\u00e9nag\u00e9s, un autre au verre et un troisi\u00e8me d\u00e9di\u00e9\u2026 aux coquilles d&rsquo;huitre. Mais les d\u00e9buts furent difficiles. Et c&rsquo;est en guise de repr\u00e9sailles que les parisiens baptis\u00e8rent \u00ab\u00a0Poubelles\u00a0\u00bb les pr\u00e9cieux receptacles. Puis l&rsquo;usage des poubelles s&rsquo;est r\u00e9pandu avant d&rsquo;\u00eatre progressivement adopt\u00e9 dans tout le pays.<br \/>\nIl est \u00e0 noter que si la poubelle a vu le jour au XIXe si\u00e8cle, le vide ordure date de 1919, la poubelle \u00e0 p\u00e9dale de 1939 et le sac poubelle de 1950.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un nouveau design pour les poubelles parisiennes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fin mars, 10 000 nouvelles poubelles \u00ab\u00a0design\u00a0\u00bb auront fini d&rsquo;\u00eatre install\u00e9es dans les rues de la capitale. Surnomm\u00e9 Bagatelle, ce mod\u00e8le de<\/p>\n<p>couleur grise, comme les v\u00e9libs, a \u00e9t\u00e9 imagin\u00e9 par le cabinet d&rsquo;architectes Wilmotte, pour remplacer un parc de poubelles urbaines vieillissant. Comme ces poubelles sont munies d&rsquo;\u00e9teignoirs, plus aucune raison de jeter son m\u00e9got sur la chauss\u00e9e. Une ind\u00e9licatesse passible aujourd&rsquo;hui de 35\u20ac d&rsquo;amende.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-681\" src=\"https:\/\/blogmanutan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2014\/05\/poubelle_paris_connect1.jpg\" alt=\"poubelle_paris_connect1\" width=\"580\" height=\"342\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Tri s\u00e9lectif : indispensable pour r\u00e9duire notre empreinte \u00e9cologique<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si les poubelles datent de 1884 le recyclage lui, n&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9 que tr\u00e8s r\u00e9cemment. C&rsquo;est pourtant un moyen essentiel pour diminuer notre empreinte \u00e9cologique chaque jour, en \u00ab\u00a0sauvant\u00a0\u00bb des d\u00e9chets de l\u2019incin\u00e9ration ou de la d\u00e9charge et en leur donnant une seconde vie. Le recyclage permet \u00e9galement de pr\u00e9server les ressources naturelles non renouvelables et leur acheminent, parfois lointain. Beaucoup de mat\u00e9riaux consomment plus d\u2019\u00e9nergie quand ils sont produits la premi\u00e8re fois que quand ils sont recycl\u00e9s. Si le tri est progressivement adopt\u00e9 par tous, nous pouvons cependant am\u00e9liorer encore largement nos performances : les centres de tris estiment \u00e0 23 % le pourcentage d&rsquo;erreurs de tri qui rendent celui-ci moins efficace.
