Les utilisateurs peuvent en tirer diverses vues \u00e0 travers des rapports, des tableaux de bord ou encore de la visualisation de donn\u00e9es. Ces informations bas\u00e9es sur des faits en temps r\u00e9el, aident les d\u00e9cideurs d\u2019une entreprise \u00e0 aiguiller, acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer et am\u00e9liorer leurs prises de d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui,\u00a0<strong>ces outils sont devenus incontournables pour obtenir une vue d\u2019ensemble de l\u2019activit\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0et mettre en place un suivi des indicateurs cl\u00e9s de performance et des m\u00e9triques.<\/p>\n<h2>La BI, au service des achats<\/h2>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la\u00a0Business Intelligence, la fonction achat peut\u00a0acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des donn\u00e9es synth\u00e9tis\u00e9es, pertinentes et pr\u00e9cises, que ce soit sur les d\u00e9penses de l\u2019entreprise, sur le r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel fournisseurs, etc. Cela comprend par exemple le chiffre d\u2019affaires r\u00e9alis\u00e9 et pr\u00e9visionnel, l\u2019historique des contacts et des litiges, les tarifs n\u00e9goci\u00e9s, l\u2019organisation des contrats, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Elle peut ainsi visualiser et extraire ces donn\u00e9es brutes tr\u00e8s rapidement, pour les rendre compr\u00e9hensibles et accessibles \u00e0 tous, mais aussi pour prendre des d\u00e9cisions \u00e9clair\u00e9es. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cet outil, c\u2019est toute la communication de la Direction des Achats qui s\u2019en voit am\u00e9lior\u00e9e. Chiffres et faits \u00e0 l\u2019appui, elle peut ainsi\u00a0<strong>mieux collaborer avec les autres services, notamment avec\u00a0la Finance, mais aussi asseoir son positionnement strat\u00e9gique au sein de l\u2019entreprise.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Les r\u00e9sistances \u00e0 la BI <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Le d\u00e9veloppement de ce type de technologies ne se fait pas sans peine. Nous pouvons retenir deux freins majeurs\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dans un premier temps,\u00a0<strong>la complexit\u00e9 d\u2019utilisation<\/strong> n\u00e9cessite des comp\u00e9tences internes particuli\u00e8res telles que des analystes, des architectes ou encore des d\u00e9veloppeurs Business Intelligence. Cependant, les solutions d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui s\u2019adressent aux autres collaborateurs de l\u2019entreprise, aux cadres et aux op\u00e9rationnels : elles sont faciles \u00e0 prendre en main et permettent de personnaliser les outils de pilotage. On parle d\u00e9sormais de BI en libre-service.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un deuxi\u00e8me temps,\u00a0<strong>la qualit\u00e9, la fiabilit\u00e9 et\u00a0<\/strong><strong>l\u2019utilit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es<\/strong>\u00a0peut \u00eatre une nouvelle barri\u00e8re. Par exemple, cela peut \u00eatre le cas au sein des entreprises o\u00f9 la cr\u00e9ation de fournisseurs n\u2019est pas centralis\u00e9e ou valid\u00e9e par les Directions des Achats.\u00a0Il convient alors de bien ranger les data warehouses, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 sont stock\u00e9es les donn\u00e9es, avant de sortir toute requ\u00eate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Aujourd\u2019hui, l\u2019\u00e8re du Big Data laisse place \u00e0 celle du Smart Data.
